Can’t We All Just Get Along? (Bicycling Edition)

You don’t need me to tell you that it’s healthy, sustainable, and fun to ride your bike. As green traveling goes, the bicycle is one of the best options. It’s healthy for you – regular aerobic exercise never hurt anybody, and three hours of biking per week cuts your risk of heart disease by 50% – and it’s great for the planet, since you don’t need to burn any gasoline or diesel.

Today, I want to highlight two ways for everyone to get along a little better:

First: Drivers, don’t park in the bike lane.

Second: Cyclists, don’t be a jerk to pedestrians. (Featuring John Leguizamo!)
